We develop residential, commercial and mixed use schemes comprising individual family homes, luxury apartments and affordable housing, in addition to commercial and retail development throughout Lincolnshire.

We have considerable experience in the acquisition of problematic Brownfield sites and are used to resolving various planning related issues. We have substantial funds available to act swiftly and the expertise to proceed unconditionally.

In the past 12 months we have purchased 7 sites, 4 of which were without planning permission. We make immediate decisions and have the financial ability to proceed without delay.
